H&F Electrical Limited was established in 1990 when Mr. John Hayes and Mr. Ron Finlay formed a partnership with over 40 years of electrical experience between them managing major projects. In 2007, John decided to move towards retirement. This provided an opportunity for Gary Hayes, an Electrical Engineering Technologist, to become part of the Ownership team at H&F Electrical, bringing a great knowledge of controls and related equipment.
H&F Electrical Limited has progressively grown over the past 33 years expanding to approximately 70 employees in a modern facility. The company annually qualifies for COR status, is in good standing with WHSCC and OH&S NL. Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance for job requirements. All electrical staff has WHSCC Certified Fall Protection and WHMIS training. The majority of our employees have First Aid Training.
Key employees have electrical training in, but not limited to the following; Arc Flash Protection, Meter Pulling Course, Confined Space and POST Level1.
Senior H&F employees have Code One certification, which gives them the ability to inspect their own work outside the St. John’s area. This allows jobs to progress more smoothly and remain on schedule.
